We all struggle in our lives. For many of us, life can be lonely, depressing, anxiety-inducing or just complicated. I am here to meet you exactly where you are.

My approach as a therapist is about our relationship first and foremost. I am here to connect with you as a fellow human in a space of warmth and no judgement. I draw inspiration from Buddhist practices like Mindfulness and Self-Compassion along with modern Western approaches in psychotherapy rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Existential Therapy. My life experience as a 43 year old that has traversed many careers (filmmaker, musician, horse wrangler) informs my passion for helping you uncover your inherent gifts so you can more fully embody who you already are.

I believe in the fundamental goodness of all people and that none of us are broken or need to be fixed. Instead, what we may perceive as our faults are actually wise parts of ourselves that want to be heard and met with compassion and respect.

I see individuals and couples aged 20 and up in-person in Fort Collins or via Telehealth anywhere in the state of Colorado. I also run a weekly Men’s Group. I hope you’ll read more about me on the site and reach out to connect further.
